for a comprehensive learning of various Sanskrit shlokas. For the center for chanting verses (श्लोकपठनकेन्द्र) and competitions (पठनस्पर्धा) there is a collection of selected 500 verses with Marathi and English meanings arranged with increasing difficulty for 10 grades curriculum, from बालवाटिका (pre-school) to इयत्ता बारावी (12th grade). There are audio mp3s for each verse. There are Sanskrit songs, stotras, and Bhagvadgita chapters for closer studies. In the Shloka Recitation Center, the site encourages forming a center to help students learn Sanskrit in organized manner, with directives of "How to start a center?" "Grade-wise curriculum activities" and "Study resources" with curriculum details. There is a planned activity to implement a competition with contacts near the Pune, Maharashtra area having potential to widen the access.
The activities are part of the initiatives by Sanskrit Bharati, Western Maharashtra region. This site is developed by Shri Abhijit Ramchandra Todkar, from Saswad, Maharashtra and is a devoted Sanskrit teacher since 2004. He has written over 100 Sanskrit articles and have translated Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi’s famous booklet "Who am I?" and "Self Enquiry" in Sanskrit. In addition, Abhijit has a YouTube channel आर्यभारती Aryabharati with emphasis on राष्ट्रहिताय संस्कृतम्, पाठयेम संस्कृतं जगति सर्वमानवान्। This is a one stop destination for everything Sanskrit.
