Read Unicode code text in your favorite language script by visiting http://www.bhomiyo.com/xliteratepage.aspx.

For example, enter http://sanskritdocuments.org/all_sa/ in the Site, Select a Language, Click Go and look at X-Literation tab. (There are only a few texts displayed in Unicode on this page. Rest are in the http://sanskritdocuments.org/.)

This site transliterates from one Indian Unicode Script to another and English. One can transliterate Sanskrit documents to English, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada etc. If a Stotra is typed into one of the Unicode Language it can be easily converted into another as above.

In addition, http://www.bhomiyo.com/typepad.aspx?lang=hi has an excellent typing pad to generate the text for emailing or display in different languages.
